How to Spot a Dangerous Man: Women’s Therapeutic Group
The How to Spot a Dangerous Man Group is an 8-session therapeutic group for women only, ages 18 and above. Group therapy is a cost-effective and evidence-based intervention that can allow participants to openly express their emotions, share their stories, and find comfort in the presence of others who have walked a similar path.
This group is psychoeducation based and provides opportunities for individual processing in which we explore categories of dangerous men, one’s own risk in picking a dangerous man, and exploring previous patterns in one’s own life picking dangerous men. This is a community of women who come together in support, respect, and empower each other.
In this group, we respect and honor the unique journey of each woman, recognizing their path and deep personal experiences. We foster a sense of belonging and understanding, allowing individuals to find solace in the shared experiences of others, while also acknowledging and respecting their individual processes. Whether you are new to dating or have had previous relationships or in a current relationship, this group is for you to learn how to keep yourself safe and to flourish in relationships.
